Just seen the 2014 model in the sale at what seems like a reasonable price. I've been looking for a 29er for all rounder duties and was wondering how this would fair?

Mainly ride the peak and Macclesfield forest with the occasional trips further afield, transpennine, trail centres and the occasional 11 mile work commute.

Any owners or experience on here. Currently looking at this and a Sanderson Blitz.

Any input is appreciated from the hivemind.

If it's a real bargain, you shouldn't have mentioned the shop selling it 🙁

I'd stay away from anything with Avid Elixirs personally. I got a Genesis High Latitude 20 this year which I'm loving, first 29er after being on 26" for ever.

Good point Taxi25 🙁

Have had Avids before and they didn't seem too bad. Stopped me before I died, which is always a plus. Would probably swap for some Deore though.
