Does anyone know if the Transition Revoultion Wheelset that comes with the Transsition Covert (15mm Front and 12x142 rear) can be converted to 20mm front and 12x135 rear?
Looking at probably swapping my trusty Hope Hoops onto it as lighter and more reliable and trying to figure out what to do with the Transition wheels.
Any help greatly appreciated.

15mm fronts are usually 15mm fronts and can't be converted to 20's.
I have been wrong before though.

Are yours v2 or v3 wheels? V3 front hubs allow use of 15mm, 9mm QR and 20mm adapters.
Don't think you can do 12x135mm rear though. - 135x10 or 142x12.
