Does anyone know if you can convert the transition revolution hub from 20mm to 150mm.

I am not sure exactly what you are trying to do, but the hubs are the same as superstar Switch, so look at/order kits from him.

Should have wrote, front hub conversion from 20mm to 15mm to suit new forks.
