Looking into possible new bikes and the patrol looks like a good contender but can't find too many reviews ?
Any feedback welcome, particularly how it climbs. Also alloy or carbon?

Vital MTB have an in depth review of the Patrol/ comparison with the 2017 Patrol if you search their site. Transition don't make the 2018 Patrol in carbon .... yet....
