Anyone done this in prior years? Looks kind of fun?
Hopefully someone has and can tell me what it's like, what bike and kit they took, any tips etc.
I'll need to get a lot fitter to do 200 miles in 2 1/2 days

Mate of mine rides them every year. Many will aim to do the route in a oner, so don't be surprised to see lots of riders heading off into the night! The R+R crew are great though, I always enjoy their local events - though I'm too much of an MTBer for the Trans Kernow/Devon routes personally.
