Need to get something to read for a couple of hours later and rather than just buy a magazine I thought i might try and improve myself, so any recommendations for a training book available via ebook (kindle/ipad)?
Something readable so I actually get through it ideally! I have heard of Joe Friel's training bible and also of a time pressured cyclist (or something like that). Any other reccomendataions? Sometihng that doesnt require more than a bike, a gym and (possibly) an HRM
I've a (hard copy) book at home that I can't remember the name of ATM, not sure if it's available as an ebook. I'll check when I get home.

Cheers, can't seem to get it on ebook, but as you can get it second hand for a penny I am going to give it a go 🙂
