Anyone know what the best / biggest volume track pump is? Reason I ask is to mount UST tires.
I have a bell but the hose is way too short. Also thinking there's a bigger volume advantage.
Any tips appreciated.

I don't mind admitting, I can't pump UST tyres up with a track pump. I use CO2 canisters.

Topeak Joe Blow has worked for me both on Stan's Crest & Flow and Mavic UST, all with various Schwalbes and Maxxis, and didn't break the bank either.

+1 Topeak Joe Blow.

Been fine with Maxxis/Conti/Schwalbe on Mavic/Stans/CrankBros/DTSwiss. Some tyre/rim combos take more of a frenzied effort to get an initial seal though. Have always managed to get over this by putting an inner tube in, inflating and then leaving overnight.

I've got a Specialized one that was about £25 3 years ago. Never had trouble seating UST tyres with it.

I have a bell but the hose is way too short.

Much easier. Sometimes I just pull the bead out of the valley so it's slightly tight, especially around the valve. Then bobs your uncle. Massive volumes of air in one hit.

Make a ghetto inflator.

Bottle of coke, 2x valves, some 5mm tubing.

I even had a old presta/schraeder pump head that fit on perfectly.

Only way I could ever get my wire bead tyres to seat (compressor @ garage waste of time).

Like it! cheers fellas (is that sexist?) I'll have a go with the coke, like the sound of that, a lot, might chuck some mentos in there too! I have some ear plugs and goggles. I'll use the 11yr old as a shield, he'll love it. I'll go for the JBM as a plan B. Anything with a longer hose will be better than the Bell. Sooooo, Saturday morning ... Bottle of coke, 2x valves, some 5mm tubing and no instructions, I'll figure it out, let's see what happens!

I've not had a combo yet that needed anything other than a track pump. The setup is critical though, either inflate overnight before with a tube in in order to get the bead stuck on one side or if you can't do that (e.g. buggery tight wire bead) then you have to try and pull the beads to the edge around the valve and then push down the top of the tyre (onto the vale) just to try and make a little air pocket, I've always found if you can get that first bit started the rest goes up easy enough.
