Has any body used the Thule Xpress Pro 970..are they any good or have you used a smiler style..

For got to add iv not got space to store the bigger type that bike sits on.

Don't forget to factor in the light board you will need to fit too.

Mine is fantastic. No matter how titchy or fiddly the frame I've got it on.
So quick to use as well and rock solid. Very pleased.

I hated mine.

OK if using it for one bike, but with two bikes getting them both on was a nightmare. If one bike was a large and the other a small it was virtually impossible. With most FS bikes you need a false top tube to get it on the rack and then on my bike the front wheel hit the ground on speed bumps etc so I had to take the front wheel off.

Ended up givng it away and getting one where the wheels sit in channels which is sooooooo much better.
