I've been looking for a pair of stubby carbon bar ends and was thinking along the lines of the Controltech Comp BE; however I can't find a UK supplier and ebay sellers seem to be based in Taiwan selling a lot of branded carbon components that I'm not convinced are genuine.

Amazon are selling TOOSEEK bar ends for 18 quid (alarmingly cheap really); does anyone have any experience of TOOSEEK components? They seem to do a lot of kit but it's the quality that worries me.

You can get the Controltech's at BikeDiscount.de but they are pricey. Not sure I trust no name far East stuff although I wonder how much damage bar ends can really do? I'd personally go for the Mount Zoom bar ends. Quality product with UK backup, half the weight and still a very, very good price.

+1 for Mt zoom ones. Carbon bar ends (like stems) don't really make much sense, those are too small to really grab hold of and not that light.

I used the exotic carbon ones on my single speed they look a bit like those tooseek ones, they have been really good, I'd recommend the exotic I found them really useful, in fact now ive dismantled the ss there sitting unused if you interested?
