You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Going to be swapping the calipers shortly, and in the spirit of not being completely half-arsed I'd like to mildly observe the relevant torque settings. Especially, as first carbon/disc brake interaction.
Will there be a specific torque setting from Giant, if so how can I find it out as bobbins info with the bike, or do I just go off Shimano's tech doc for the brakes?
...if anyone works, for a Giant dealer, and has a secret book of these settings laying about and could let me know, then that would be just super.

I looked in the official top secret deny all knowledge burn before reading book and it said.......
The torque should be somewhere between getting the top off a bottle of HP sauce and throttling a partially run over rabbit.
5-6NM will be sufficient.
I look quite excited (or is that a tail?).
Whatever it is, it seems tumescent.
