When attaching the gear cable to the front mech what torque setting should I use?

Why would you want to torque a mech cable? 🤨

tight, no need to calibrate the torque wrench for that one!!

6-7Nm is indeed what Shimano say in their manual. Seems a bit too much for me and I'd go finger tight which ends up around 4-5Nm just to not squish the cable too much
