No. I use torq today's plan but designed by them and following an ftp test and lactate testing.
I'd say the key bit would be the understanding of the training principles so the day at Torq doing the test in the morning and then in the classroom would be of tremendous value to you.
I'm going to do that for my September 17 to March 18. I've used Todays Plan to create a six week workout pre Scott MTB Marathon in Oxfordshire which starts April 13th,so I'll see how I get on.
I'm just about to loads 3 months of my workouts & races to learn the data and lovely graphs 🙂

I'm prettu sold on this now. Just using Todays Plan has been great to date, being able to record my workout vs those prescribed and see the CTL & TSS move about. I like the fact I know I have 20 mins SS to find, can find a Trainerroad workout to gain that, or some hills outside, or lead out the road ride for 2 x 10 mins.
I'll continue over the summer then go to Torq in September to get a properly defined Winter plan.
