I’ve got a joe blow sprint but it seems like the O-ring inside has stopped sealing as pushing down on the plunger gives irregular amounts of air out the nozzle – at times no air. I’ve looked to see if they do a spare but the lbs said there wasn’t anything.
Does anyone know of a fix?

Have you tried cleaning and greasing it?

Have you tried t'internet for spares. I'm pretty sure that Topeak are one of the few companies that do rebuild kits. They certainly did for the Mountain Morph pump. But having now done a quick Google I can't see anything. You should be able to source an "O" ring that will fit, try a bearing factors or just google or even eBay. I'm sure you'll get a pack for pence.

When I bought my Joe Blow Sport II from Halfords the guy told me they carried spares for it as well should it need rebuilding. Don't know if it shares internals with the Sprint though.

EDIT: they stock the Sprint as well so they should have spares for that too.

You can get spares as I bought the kit

I think I still have it somewhere and would be happy to part with it for a tenner, think it was about £25 new

Will have a look, drop me an email on sjparfitt(at)fsmail.net

LBS are lying - dealers can get a big box of spares for all Topeak pumps from about the last 15 years! We had one and it was really good actually, so either try a better shop or go online.

Sjs carry (or carried?) service kits if it completely knackered but normally a bit of grease will sort it

Try tightening the little plastic cap near the base of the pump before buying anything, we've found they often come loose and bleed off air when being pumped.
