A big thank you to the guy (sorry couldn't find your post again) who recently posted on here singing Topeak's (Extra UK LTD) praises for replacing the torx bit on his Multitool for free and of course to the really helpful chap at Extra who replaced the tyre levers, torx bit and chain wire on mine for free, twice for the levers and wire due to my hazy memory of how old the tool was so the first ones sent were too small. Way to go guys 🙂

An on the flip side. It took them several goes to send out the right seal kit for my pump.

defydude, I take your point and indeed swings and roundabouts sums up most things in life. I guess I was genuinely surprised that they would replace stuff they didn't have to without the usual quibbling and nitpicking that a lot of companies seem to do or being invited to put my hand in my pocket and pay a stupid amount of money plus postage.

I broke a quick cleat clip on a Topeak saddle bag, replaced free of charge too. I was impressed.

Hi topangarider, just go to the Topeak website, click on the service button at the top you get a drop down menu click on Int'l and that opens a list of all the International distributors. the one you want is: United Kingdom, Extra UK Ltd, 01933 672170.
