...Talking Road bike of course, last couple of road rides I've come back pretty much saturated, is summer basically done now?

I was hoping to leave the mudguards off till at least late September, but I'm tempted to just fit them now...

Stick 'em on, it's the best way to stop the rain and make the sun come out!! 😉

I only just took them off on the weekend!

It was due to some maintenance and figured they could stay off for a bit.

Same here, but the "Nice Bike" is still in summer trim and the last couple of outings have made this seem a bit impractical, that said if we do get some nice weather through September I'm not sure I want to be trundling about with the guards on...

Actually Looking at a long range forecast for my neck of the woods, it seems this week will be a bit damp still but then it's going to be mostly dry and OKish until about the third week of September (~1 month), then we'll get a few showers and that might be the time to fit the guards I think, might do a bit of a pre-winter overhaul at the same time I think...

I revarnished my rear mtb mudgaurd yesterday read to reinstall. Never come off my commuter, not worth the effect, I want the commuter to be minimal effort.
