Obviously influenced by the Berm Peak vertical stem review/test🤔

I do like a bodge and the ‘front’ mudguard is a joy indeed.

You know what would improve it? A 26" wheel on the front.

It’s probably worth that in headset spacers alone.

That's the sort of thing I got used to seeing cruising through Munich....

Some expensive bike that had been sold to some schmuck with more money than sense.

Santa Cruz Nomad with an Aldi special bike radio mounted to the bars, a basket up front and one of those Topeak rear racks that attaches to the seat post, although in this case it was a dropper.

I've never felt sorry for a bike until now. I thought the bikes at leogang were getting abused, but that's another level of torture.

Sometimes people have a particularly bad back and if they can afford it they tend to buy full sus bikes and set them up with very high bars and cushioned saddles, exactly like that one, just for pottering around on. You could argue it might be wise to fit a conventional stem to sell it, but they just got a load of free advertising by keeping the extender on there, so…

The tandem’s just a tandem built in the style of a Halfords Special. It’s not pretty as a result, but if you want a tandem and you don’t have a wad of cash it’s an absolute bargain.

That second one is homemade I'm pretty sure. Looks like a bso argos full susser with another welded onto it

Knowing how heavy a normal Barracuda BSO is I dread to think how heavy that tandem must be

I want to see the other side of that ROcky Mountain. I'm curious as to where that gear cable is going. Nothing seems to be going through the internal holes.

Whilst I suspect the more sympathetic posts above are correct…

Hi! Welcome to Chichester! We all have more money than sense. Apart from me of course.

Here in Liverpool I’m amazed at the amount of full sus e-bikes the kids have. Just about everywhere there’s kids riding around on £7 or £8k bikes.

Ive always been intrigued to ask if they ride them off road…..never been quite brave enough!

Im not in anyway referencing drug dealing, some of them are clearly good riders and are doing to be out on their bikes.

As you can see it also has a small crossbar child seat so fun for all the family.

It's worrying that people think building a 70mph BMX is a safe thing to do.

Where does it say anything about safe? 😀

Anyone fancy a doer upper? They reckon it ‘might’ need a new chain!
