Just watched that wish I hadn't bothered . Same old chestnuts get wheeled out every time . They catch fire , they aren't taxed or insured they need number plates Yadda Yadda Yadda yawn yawn yawn 🙄🙄🙄

It's interesting that from a borough that's got a reputation for being very pro-cycling, them managed to dig up a gammon-faced councillor who appeared to be demanding number plates for bikes.

Do people actually still watch over-the-air television these days?

I assume it will only have been seen by a couple of dozen Daily Heil purchasing gammons anyway. And with a bit of luck they'll be dead from the surge in their already high blood pressure whilst viewing it.

Older people do which is what these sort of programs are aimed at, know your audience.
