what happened to these two pashley riders always enjoyed watching them ride. Especially those lovely blue bikes. Pashley should make a trail bike they'd shift a few on this here forum.
IIRC the TV series was a massive flop for Pashley. That's a shame, as they were lovely!
That said, Pashley are now doing very well with their range of what they do best.
Imagine if you will, Intense or Yeti making a classic framed, whicker basketed, bell toting shopper. Not going to set the world on fire, is it? Therein lies the problem.
really that surprises me as i always preferred them to the cannondale, giant and pace trials bikes. where they exspensive in relation to other trials bikes. i thought pashleys wicker basket jobs were pricey?
The basket bikes are pricy, I will agree, but then when you consider that they are bought for life and use, not a fashion choice, they are excellen value for money.
The TV series wasn't an ideal business choice, IMHO.
haha my friend used to have a bike called hercules similar to a pashley, fastest bike for miles around. When it started rolling would have beaten cavendish.
