Big adjustable spanner and some grunt. They bend quite easily once you get them going.

Nice bit of design!

Get some Tektro canti's. Much better in my experience.

Saying that it's a CX bike. Full blast for 1 hour then fall over so why do you need brakes?

Only if you limit your cx bike to cx racing 🙂

I found frogglegs crap (other than for their intended purpose - eg racing...) as it goes. Tektro were better, mtb v-brakes with travel agents much better.
