It's a small self contained camera that can be helmet/bars/chest/anywhere mounted.
lowered the record quality? Yesterday vid's were watchable at the 360p rate, these weren't until I changed the output (or is that just me?)

canne do youtube @ work (mobile's rubbish) but yep been there 8) , but never found a decent descent of the nimmings side, which there must be.. as that m8 of votchy's had a good crash there last year.
