I have a ride “stuck” On my Garmin Edge Explore 2 that I’d like to sync to my phone, but it doesn’t want to.
If I start a new test ride now it syncs fine and yesterday worked too.
I’ve unpaired, re paired and deleted/re-installed the Garmin app.
Anything else I can try?

If you can connect it to a computer via usb you should be able to copy the file and then upload it as a manual activity.

Connect to a PC. Find the relevant .fit file in Garmin/Activities. Transfer to PC. Import to Garmin Connect.
Do you perhaps have 2 activities with overlapping timestamps? I've seen this symptom.

There shouldn’t be 2 overlapping times, just one ride that I started in Kenmore, paused it for lunch in Applecross and then started it again to ride back. Shows up on the Garmin fine.
Plugged in and Garmin Express sorted it straight away 🙂
It may have just been a temporary server issue at their end. I've had it before where it wouldn't synch.. tried later and it was fine.
