How do you buy your bikes?
- Always in bits, secondhand
- Always in bits, with new and used parts
- Piece by piece, but with new bits
- Complete at my bike shop
- Complete by mail order
- It varies depending on what I'm buying but over time I have used all the above

the one before that - complete, second hand
before that - complete from LBS
before that - new frame, second hand bits
etc etc
I can't vote cos I've done all of them except mail order.
I voted based on my last purchase as life is too short to worry about little formalities.
Just showing a lack of forethought from the people who run the site.
I went for the pattern that I have done more than the others over time. I suppose adding the word "mostly" would fix it.
