I've not heard of anyone having a pair made recently and using them properly off road. Back along they made a batch for Spicer that had a rather scary reputation (quite a number snapped), although that was probably more down to design than manufacture (XACD will pretty much make whatever you ask for).
There's probably a good reason though why welded tianium forks aren't that common these days...

I know a guy who had some made by a different manufacturer and he said they look cool but are seriously flexible
