as title, looking at building up a nice 29er titanium singlespeed bike, what frames are out there ?

ideally with sliding dropouts rather than EBB and around 69 deg head angle

Wonder and Travers made by Waltly. I've bought a number of frames direct from them, they take Paypal and are very easy to deal with - you'll save about 50% on retail prices

You could look at Burls, they do a custom titanium 29er frame with sliding dropouts....
