i sold my ss tinbred a few weeks back. Sad day but I'm a 29er convert and couldn't justify keeping the frame to not use it.

I've still got mine, 7 years old now and I still ride it (far more than my 5).
It's been through various guises over the years, from fully geared, fully rigid to now 1x9 with some Reba's.
I got mine back to bare ti using nitromors and it still looks like new.
No reason to get rid of it at all (yet) 🙂

Here's my 2003 TinBred still going strong toured on it, towed a kiddy trailer with it, raced XC, 6 hr, 10hr and 24 hours Enduro on it. Currently in 2x9 guise but soon to go back to 3x9

Mine...quite an old picture, in Leigh Woods at the top of Picnic Bench. Built it up again as my winter bike last year, but stripped down in the shed at the moment. Won't ever get rid of it though.

I sold mine about 3 years ago to someone on this site, totally loved it and I said it was my bike for life, but then I found 29ers 🙁
