Hello
I had the older model, of time atac, quite bombproof, but somehow the cleat made a groove in my shimano carbon sole, so a bit of play, when lifting the foot. now i have some look s-track, which i can't get on with, i keep constant clipping out!
Now got some giro carbon shoes, should i go for the new version?, any input would be nice !!!
Thanxxx
Is it Crank Brothers that do a small metal plate that goes under the cleat, protecting the sole ?
Yep...

Yonks ago a chap on here offered 'sole savers', similar design to the CB plates but without the slots. I'd like some more, please, if anyone knows...
Oh and Time cleats get looser and sloppy as they wear, being brass. It could be a good opportunity to try a new pair. That's the downside: they don't go rusty and risk staining your floor.
