Few friends are off to Tignes in the summer for a biking/walking/climbing/drinking/eating holiday. Anyone any experience of the rock climbing in the area? Finding it hard to get hold of any topos or guidebooks for much nearby. Also hoping to find some via Ferrara so any advice there would be helpful too.

Not done any but have eyed stuff up when there in winter. Doesn't look like there's much about Tugnes itself, but some stuff in the valley. Have you looked at the UKC Logbooks and Crags? There's a few things on there which might be useful pointer:

Looks like this is the book of choice - but can't find it available anywhere:

Best bet will be to go straight to the tourist information and/or local shops when you get there. I've had books and photocopied topos from both in France in the past.

Thanks. Found a few useful bits. Will probably head straight to a shop when we get there.
