fitted new syncros headset a few days ago.
if i want the steering to feel 'free' (no resistance to turning the bars) then there is a tiny amount of play in the headset.
when i eliminate the play by tightening the bolt on top then it feels like you are steering though syrup. if i hold the bike on it's side the forks/bars don't fall with gravity; they stay where they are.
any tips/ideas?
