Suffering from thumb-knack at the moment, but hopefully not permanent. Anyone got any suggestions for activating a one-up post without a thumb push?
What about left hand gripshifter with the ratchet torn out?
You can get a thumb lever which mounts on the RH side of your bars if it's just your left thumb that is out of action.

Can't remember who makes it but there is an off the shelf grip shifter for droppers, or as above remove the ratchet from a Sram LH grip shifter, might need a stronger return spring fitted to it.
I’ve used my finger knuckle before on a normal dropper underbar lever.
Thanks all. I’ll give the knuckle thing a go, then try the tech solutions if the problem persists.
Can you swivel it round on the bar (i.e if it's an under bar lever it ends up above the bar facing backwards) so you have to pull it rather than push?
You could use a decompression lever from a mx bike, mounted inboard and above your brake lever.
I run mine on the right. I've got limited mobility in my left thumb so the the right has dropper and gears. Another 1x bonus
A short one finger brake lever? Thought about doing this myself when my thumb was playing up (don’t let your kids play Rugby).

I had a Yep post, the joystick remote worked best (for me) pulled with my index finger
Magura Vyron means you only touch the button to activate it, not a lever push
