Pondering a pair for the Diverge over summer, when there's less need for my Time XC8s in the mud and grime.
Keo 2 Max Carbon? Ultegra? Dura-Ace?
Which ones? And why?
I swap out to the 105's for road use, just kind of work really
Shimano ones last longer
I use Looks, Keo 2, Max and Blades. They are great but the cleats inevitably end up creakier than a creaky thing. Go Shimano, choose budget and select accordingly.

That's interesting (well sort of) I've only ever used keo's and my one complaint is that I need to replace the cleats more often than I'd like.
It's not just the cleats, the pedals themselves go wobbly.
Shimano. As above they both function well but shimano cleats are better as you don't walk on the part that engages with the pedal so they don't wear
As a long term user of Look Pedals is for for Shimano. I prefer the function of Look but they are a pain to get on and off the bike. I have Look Keo Carbon pedals on the winter bike, no chance they’re coming off.
Actually I’ve also got a set of Decathlon pedals that use the Look cleat, much easier to get on and off than Look Pedals, same weight and about £100 cheaper.
I've got some ultegra pedals on my winter bike that are from 2012 and have had one regrease (that they didn't really need). Suspect they'll outlive my children.
