Have just got my new cx frame it has internal cables for brakes and gears and has the little white plastic cables threaded through the frame.

Any tips on how to thread hydraulic brake hoses through. I assume for gear cables just hread the inner through the white plastic cable and then remove? or leave the plastic in situ??

many thanks

Yep, I usually remove the guide liners once I've got the cable through.

I assume the inner routing entry/exit is large enough to take the full diameter of a hydraulic hose?

I'd butt the hose end to the plastic guide straw end and then a bit of sellotape to hold them together and gently pull through?

For me either run an inner cable through the guide and jam into the end of the disc pipe or borrow beg buy parks very useful tool.
