These ones, with the separate spider and ring?

I want it becasue it's light and boost and oval, but those little bolts and the appearance of it all just screams "POINT OF FAILURE" at me.

Anyoen tried them and found them decent/solid?

I can't see one of those chainring bolts failing, I'm sure they'd be fine.

One up say the bolts bear no pedalling load.

They claim lots of benefits for a system which is basically a method of reducing their inventory. Would prefer their old version if Im honest but they dont sell them any more

any serial chainring swappers been riding these for a while now?

had to admit defeat with the 34 and push lsat week whilst the GF on her 32 was able to grind it all the way too the top.

looks like a good concept and cheaper to buy the spider and a ring than buying just one RaceFace ring.

I've one fitted to my smuggler, the wear rate on the chain ring is reasonable, 900 miles are so and it could do with being replaced. No broken bolts to date.
