Not to everyone's taste but stunning in my eyes, it's like anodising on steroids, where can I get this done to my frame.

I haven't seen any close ups but I'd imagine it's a wrap rather than paint. Get yourself some chrome vinyl and start experimenting.

EDIT: Should have known there would be close ups on Vital. It actually looks like paint, so in that case I have no idea.

Most painters (JMJ, FatCreations etc) offer it. Not cheap mind.

Vergiers even gone for green ti bolts and brake adapters to finish off, looks amazing but matching fork lowers would take it to the next level.
Reece's matching gold helmet is a bold choice, he needs to ride a bit faster tomorrow to back that up.

Possibly a tinted clearcoat over a silver basecoat, like a thin candy colour?

It will likely be candy over chrome, you paint the bike black, then a dry chrome paint (unless they’ve changed that process, it’s a very dry spray which you might not “get” unless you’ve painted), then candy and then clear. Www.specialistpaints.co.Uk have all that you need,

Gloss black, then easy chrome which is expensive, I've seen it for £40 a can, then a candy colour over the top followed by a 2k clear coat, you might be able to DIY for around £100.
A highly polished alloy frame with a tinted clearcoat might give a similar look.

1) Polished, no paint will stick to it.
2) Aluminium needs an etching primer.

Like old school Chromovelato. Used to be popular on high end steel frames. Etoe on YouTube did one a while back.

That's got me thinking, how did GT lacquer those ball burnished Zaskars and the LTS.

ProjectOne is pretty cool

https://projectone.trekbikes.com/us/en//#model/slash99axs

Has a nice Amethyst colour, but nothing like the Maribor ones, eg. Reece Wilson pimped out gold.
$12700 … bargin!
