Morning all,
Does anyone know where I can get spares for a thomson dropper post in the UK?
The grub screw has stripped the thread out of the release arm under the seat so I now can't tighten the cable.
My only alternative is to use a cable clamp to hold the cable but that's going to look a bit ugly.

I've tried contacting thomson US but have had no replies.

Cheers...

Need to talk to i-ride who are the UK distributor I think.

Thomson are strangely grumpy in the customer service department.

Incidentally, what you describe is exactly what I assumed I'd do when I first looked at that grub screw....

Thomson are too busy riding bikes to deal with your issues! +1 for iRide

... Thanks fellas, I'll try I-ride 🙂

It does puzzle me why the grub screw stripped the thread, but it looks like the arm is cast and not billet and hence soft enough to have the problem.
