Love mine. Took me a while to figure out that raising it in the frame put tension on the cable, actuating the hydraulics (so it wouldn't stay up). But then I am quite dim. One note: when I lift my bike by the saddle I can sometimes feel the *tiniest* movement. Not while riding though. The action is really smooth and controlled and the remote is brilliant.
