got sunburnt arms on Sunday in East lothian

never compare Glasgow weather to anywhere else it'll only depress you

It pissed it down this morning, and it's still cold and damp up here in Aberdeenshire. I long for a mini heatwave, maybe then the trails would dry out a bit 🙁

That depends on whether you live in Glasgow or not...

My bike clearly got wind of the weather, and quite literally spat its bottom bracket out yesterday morning on the way to work. I'd planned a very extended route home 🙁

You lot best hope I don't get it fixed today, as I was promised by the LBS. Cos if I do it will immediately start raining and not stop until next May

I did a cheeky ride this lunchtime. The usual 2 hour local loop in beautiful autumnal sunshine and dry, dusty trails. Sweet. Ahh the pleasures of working from home and managing your own time. I think I'll do the same again tomorrow 🙂

No it was te name of my Kart racing team.

Used it years ago when I first found out about STW and it's stuck ever since, I really should change it as it's chapter in my life that's now closed (after 15 years mind)

Happy days, but expensive

Yes me and the hound road into work, 5 miles in a bit of fog and mist. On the way home we lingered so the spotty one could play in the river and have a doggy social with the locals. Back home by 7:30 tonight after driving home. Going to miss tomorrow (dentist) and Thursday (Bike Show at NEC) rides so I hope it holds out for Friday.
