Longerer, slackerer, fasterer down rough stuff, more stable, better climbing position.
It's not all about geometry though, better suspension?
Why not try and get a test ride and see what you think ?

So what you're saying is the new bike would be an e-bike and, while listing the minor differences in head tube angle, BB height etc in your original post, you didn't think that was relevant to how it might be 'different'?
I think the extra weight will play a bigger part in it riding differently. They look like nice bikes though.
Weight and power delivery did not particularly affect handling when I rode a Rise M20. Figures on that are not too dis-similar to how I have my following set up though. Hence those issues are not my concern.
If your wife asks, new bikes are safer than old bikes.
If you rode a Rise M20 and liked it, why not simplify things and get one of those?
No way would I be spending 6k on a bike without riding it first.
The motor and battery make a huge difference when youm properly riding, you go faster everywhere apart from on flat fireroads and steeper stuff and have to make more effort to tip the bike over in corners than a proper bike.
Given that I've already considered that it is going to be heavier by about 4 kilos, less manoeuvrable, have a centre of gravity that is dominated by the battery and motor, all of which is going to be the case whether I have the Orbea or the Trek. What I really want to understand is what difference the below will make cumulatively, especially given that the Orbea has quite similar geo to my Following:

It'll be as above, but it's not only geo and weight that determine how something rides, the suspension design can have a big impact on things, eg more or less progressive, different anti rise characteristics , different shocks, forks, brakes etc etc.
I think that because one is an e bike and one is not,and as a result so much is changing that they will ride very differently from each other.
It’s going to feel like a lot more bike - more stable, more effort to chuck about. I always seem to prefer that but I guess some don’t.
It’ll feel like a pig. Doesn’t matter though as you wont care as your average speed will be 15.5mph.
You'll also need buy/wear thicker/warmer clothes to ride in.
It’ll be a bit harder to manual because it’s longer at the front and the back, it will also probably be much more stable as it’s longer and heavier.
But then you’ll get used to it and it’ll feel like a bike.
