I'm looking at buying a garmin 520 in the uk it's £219 on its own or £270 with the sensors ....but with this link I can get it way cheaper http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-Garmin-Edge-520-Bike-GPS-w-Cadence-and-Speed-sensor-/252080156058?hash=item3ab125ed9a
Question is would you buy from here or abroad??.....surly the warranty is the same no matter where you buy it from??
As it will only go back to garmin to get fixed if need be!!

is it worth £50 to have to deal with:
possible customs
possible delays
possible warranty issues?

also running the risk that its a fake.

for the sake of 50 quid - if you get hit by customs you will pay more than if you bought it here....

Got mine from Germany ;- bike-discount.de.
If you use a reputable supplier from an EU country you will have no problems with customs or VAT,and with the current exchange rate will probably be cheaper than UK suppliers.

Mine was delivered within days and I am very pleased with it.
