Got a pair of 700c 142 and 100mm 12mm bolt through wheels, and a groupset off an older hard tail, thinking a 650b big dog frameset could make a nice town / tourer / winter trainer for road and forest road easy mtb bike.
Anyone got one and how do you find it.
Other option is something like a 2nd hand tricross.
For touring will be a standard rear rack and a pizza rack

Why not the boot zipper which is meant much more as a tourer?
