After some research I had struggled to find some handlebar baskets over here I liked. I found the Evo integrated bar/basket but not available outside of North America. The Copenhagen porteur bar baskets were too flimsy in style for my taste.
Conveniently I was going over to Canada for a holiday/wedding...
After planning on visiting a store in Niagara Falls (US) to buy the bars I chanced upon a bike shop in Toronto that had some, though in silver. First day of the holiday and first purchase made. Hurrah.
They were too big for my suitcase so my girlfriend kindly carried them in hers as we travelled around. Wasn't she nice?
Home and a good coat of satin black and I'm right chuffed.

The bars are alloy, the welds are ok, but not great aesthetically. There seems to be zero movement upon loading. Time will tell.
