I am running 1x8.

What are my options for these new thick-thin chainrings? Or do they only work for 10 speed?

What different makes are there? I'm on a tight budget.

I thought it was the exterior dimensions of a chain that changes between different speeds, so the dimensions of the gap between the links are the same. If that's the case they should be compatable.

I've got the Wolftooth one from the states. So far it just works.

Yeah, I assumed they would work with any 3/32" chain system (8,9,10 speed), but I am sure I have read that some of these chainrings are specific to a particular speed????

Been loving my Works Components one so far and its cheaper than the RF one but looks like you will wait over a week to get one at the moment so if you are in a hurry the RF looks the part...
