do like those frames. Get some folders on there and you'll save almost 1/2lb from each wheel.

Should have used a coaster. Nasty stain on the top of the cupboard there.

And, far more important.....VALVE ALIGNMENT! 😉

Looks ace!

The presence of Gripshifts makes this automatically a winner. Well done.

Nice looking bike. I think small sized steel frames look so right.

that rear brake hose is a bit short.

The front gear cable is also too long 🙂

Looks good.
The frame was a great deal. I nearly got one for my wife a month back.

Very nice indeed that sir. I must be getting old because steel frames just look so right. Big chunky alloy frames now just look increasingly ridiculous

Anyway... Will it ever be allowed in the house again? Once its been liberally coated in Northern filth? 😀

she pulled her face bringing it in brand new.

the welds are super neat & the paint seems good £160 well spent!

I'm a bit jealous tbh 😳

I always think there's an extra sense of smugness when you manage to put something together as nice as that, for that kind of budget

Hats off to you fella

should have bout the bars & stem 2nd hand (save £20)

and £20 for a seat clamp 😯

Dj cycles in Ramsbottom built it up

needed to get a conversion kit for the rotors to fit the wheels £18

no frills reliable build - brakes are great too (even with stock crappy pads)
