Solo ride for me this morning to kick the weekend off to a good start.
You know the score, show us your ride pics.
For anyone that's racing the Enduro at Golfie this weekend it's wet but mega grippy.

Local ride with a mate. He was getting to grips with his brand new orbea rise.

He was getting to grips with his brand new orbea rise.
Happy NBD to your mate.
Views weren't bad either 🙂
@Alex
Basque MTB again?
I really need to get my shit together and get out there it looks brilliant.
Tried a couple of times but couldn't get dates to work for us.
A mixture of riding and hiking for me.
A few more trails from the NATO base and then hiked a few we haven't riden before scouting them out for next year

It was a long slog in the afternoon heat

A blast round the Growth trail at Brechfa today.

Not really riding during the weekends as I'm currently not working so plenty of midweek ones to miss the crowds. Might get another one in in Sunday though, legs definitely can't do one tomorrow!

Sunny and dry on the Downs today.

it seemed more atmospheric at the time! first ride in 6 days!
@bonni where were you riding? looking down on the town/village looks great
Usual Friday evening local headclearer.
Went on a bit of a long one yesterday

Basque MTB again?
@singlespeedstu Not this time. We've a mate who moved near Perpignan about 15 years ago. So he organised six days of epic riding including two nights high in the mountains. It was a proper adventure. When he's uploaded his pics I'll put up a thread with the routes. Ended up at 2600m at one point. Pretty thin up there.
New bike legs for mrs_oab. Local 25 miles - it's getting autumnal
Gentle bimble to check the wolfcluech gravestone is still in situ

Local, looking back towards the Malverns in some kids cloud.
Pure DJ practice this morning. Honing in on the big gap line, any day now...
Didn’t take any pictures while having a great ride in the sunshine yesterday, but ended up at the Trackside on the East Lancs Railway for a pint while watching the steam trains chug past. All the better as I was meant to be working, but a client was fannying around so I went out on the bike instead. Not sure how many days like this we’re going to get this year

nothing too ambitious for me this weekend as I am still suffering but I took out the single speed for a short spin, this is Stretton Wharf, near Brinklow:

Last day in Finale for us before we move off to France tomorrow.
Shuttle and a blast back down this morning and the finished off with hiking some more trails ready for next years visit

Yesterday, trip to Fungi Town

Sunday, trip to the Mendips

Involuntary SS round FoD as a farewell ride to one of our group who's off to Prague for 3 years.
Went for a ride in the local (overgrown) rain forest. Man oh man, my legs and arms are tingling like mad from the nettles!

Interesting contraption found in a field (and the metal wheel thing, arf!)

Nice doer-upper in the country

Similar pic to my last one! This time top of Mortimer forest. Cripes it was slick
The only dry day Torridon has sen in weeks and there were no midges.

Great photos. Really enjoyed them all.
Escaped for a jaunt from the SE London to the South Downs with a mate
Set off mid afternoon yesterday and after pub dinner, arrived at the top in the dark to set up bivvies. This morning's photos:
The planned half way cafe stop was closed, eventually stopped half an hour from home, had earned this 🙂
Play around at Leeds Urban Bile park this morning.

Went out for a local loop in the rain. No pics, but got a mouthful of Chatsworth sheep poo and completely covered in mud, had a pint in Bakewell then the return leg, hosed ourselves down at the local with more beer involved. Took this pic just before the ride in the park next to our gaff walking the FiL's dog (phone pic)

The slop has arrived! Still fun though once you embrace the lack of grip, and Blazin Saddles bike wash came in very handy.

Nice one-legged heron that ^^ 🙂
No Gnar, but quite far - about 50km of big skies in the Suffolk countryside.

Very wet, pretty classic "off piste" corris side dyfi loop, although did find a new to us trail as well - quite boggy but should be good in the dry.
These markers weren't there last time i rode dyfi either, never seen markers for off piste before.

spring has arrived in new Zealand but since the clocks changed it's not stopped raining. Managed to get the kids out for a local spin between downpours
