Local late afternoon blast. Pretty dry considering all that rain.  Then down the church steps into the pub. What Friday's are made for. Also happy cows đŸ™‚

No riding for us this weekend, even though we are up North for a week. Still playing nurse to Kevin after his Verbier incident. Can't see him been on the bike for a while

One of the dog instead

Looks pretty dry there Stu...

Took another look at Sunday forecast, and dragged my tired legs out for a 40km/1200m ride. That's 100km/3000m off road this week and I'm done! Great fun tho, trails holding up well, had a blast, had a beer, now need a lie down đŸ˜‰

Second pic was taken in the same spot as the last time I rode these trail in December last year. Bit warmer today!

Longridge Fell. Mostly surface water but there were a few boggy holes around especially in the trees.

No riding today, it a was 'strip down and rebuild bike after 28000m of descending in the Alps' day - plus working out how to fit 2 bikes and a bed area into the back of a T6...

Should get out for a ride tomorrow.

Couple of short rides on my am9 so far, some trails are wetter than i expected at the moment. Yesterday's ride i decided to test my new light setup.

  • Just a big lap with the kids on Saturday. At the jumps met a load of riding mates and we all enjoyed getting sendy and watching the kids launch to the moon!

Purple yet to get to the Lammermuirs, but down in Tweeddale the heather is definitely out (I can remember when it was all heather up there)

Tired legs today, big headwinds and left the bike in slack setting so cranks a bit low.

But a lovely morning out

No gnar, but a very pleasant 60km ride around the quiet lanes and bridleways of Suffolk.

Nice little spin around the South end of Papa Westray with the mutt.

Beautiful place, terrible for mountainbiking. 😊
