Nice day in Sheffield apart from the brief hail shower and the bitter wind.
Joined the family in Cornwall for the end of a week in praa. Decided to train it rather than take another car. 33km to Plymouth, 2hrs on the train, 15km along the coast and got there just before sunset. Might try and do the lizard loop of the west Cornwall way on Sunday morning before heading home.

Started the day with a mission. Do all the bike fettling that we keep putting off and leave enough time for a half decent ride.
Fitted a longer dropper into the new Turbo Levo.
Swap back the parts saved from upgrading my old Turbo Levo and get it ready to sell.
Fit my upgraded forks onto eldest daughters bike.
Sort out the dropper on another bike.
Fit the SWAT steerer tool to the Stumpy.
Didn't have enough time to fit the Gravity Grids to the new bike.
Loaded up and went out for a couple of hours on the trails. Cold but dry and the trails were empty.
All in all a great day

Nice and dry in Wiltshire Ridgeway and Savernake forest and the canal still windy and bit cold not like Thursday when it was blowing a gale in Gloucestershire nice change from Forest Of Dean riding flat bared cyclocross bike instead of MTB.
Didn't get my usual Friday evening head clearer ride in because (a) It's the school holidays so my head's pretty clear anyway and (b) I was at the coast walking the dog and clearing my head that way, so squeezed in a cheeky Saturday afternoon spin instead.

I've still got no lung capacity coming out of Corona so not doing too much mtb.
I went to find the source of the river Avon with a view to travelling it's length by various craft.
The actual source is in a private garden in Naseby but you can see it just if you swoosh the hedge out the way.

Weekend in North Wales. Coed y Brenin and Nant y Arian. Sandwiched those with an epic gravel sleet/wind/big views on Saturday. 1300m of climbing/63km.
Sun came out at the end
Nant-y was fun for a quick blast this morning. Definitely warmest I've been since Friday!

Had an ace weekend over at Llandegla in the new van.
Purple lap on Saturday after driving over and setting up camp, whilst getting hailed on.
Bit chilly overnight but alright in the van.
Red and Black on Sunday before driving home.
Nothing exciting but went passed my old house. Time trialled the gravel bike for 17miles at 15W above FTP.
