I have used sdeals.com a few times, great price and have had no problems with aci spokes
Always go for double-butted (DB) regardless of the application - plain gauge might be cheaper but ultimately are more prone to failure at the head because they are inherently less resilient.
for a budget build go for halo spokes from winstanleys, built my wheel with them for less than £7 free delivery too

Rosebikes are pretty cheap for DT Swiss spokes, though expensive postage.
Sapim spokes are cheaper than DT Swiss I used Spa cycles
Action Sports are good for DT, always seem to send spares FOC too.
