Nearly forgot 😳

Although I said I won't be racing this year untill the cross season starts, I'm somehow racing Tuesday in the MK Bowl Crits.
Road training sat and Sun in the area if anyone wants to tag along.

Anyone else?

Is it for the previous week or the upcoming week? 😳 Next week I will be racing:

Mallory Park Circuit Race League on Tuesday evening. (Road)
East Mids Friday Night Summer Series (XC, also at Mallory Park!)

Trailquest in Northamptonshire next Sunday.

Does that count ? It's not a race because it takes place on public roads and RoWs. 😉

Oggles, we go both ways on here. What you've done and what your'e gonna do.

All counts MTG, we all know how competative those things actually are.

I did my first road race in bloody years a few weeks ago (respectable bunch finish) so I'm going to add to it by doing the Tameside Crit on Tuesday night.

Assuming it's not raining obviously. 😉

Next proper road race is 5th June.

Did my 2nd crit race thursday at castle combe. It was a 3/4 cat race (i'm a newbie 4th) Felt pretty strong and got on the front 3 or 4 times. Still developing my race craft a bit as got caught out in the wind a few times =. Got a bit too excited when i got in the top 5 on the last corner but blew up too soon and couldn't stay with them.

Will be doing these every thursday as i want points.

Next road race on the 5th of June which i'm looking forward to

Local road race for me at St Martin de Jussac. Expecting to take a good pasting. Hoping for some tough action.

FWIW - I won the 2nd cat race a couple of years ago when I atacked on the last descent, in the wet!!! Bloody MTBers!

Cool.
Don't know what to do. Waiting for my race wheels to come back for Tuesday, and I'll get all grumpy and blame my equipment if I race on my training wheels and tyres.
Too tired now for a second hard day.

FWIW - I won the 2nd cat race a couple of years ago when I atacked on the last descent, in the wet!!! Bloody MTBers!

He hee 🙂

Hey oldgit....

I did the race at St Maetin de Jussac. Took a right pasting this time. It hurt bad, but it was good pain.

What did you do?
