Anyone been on them with a bike yet? How did it work out?

Where's the bike door? Is there two like on the Virgin ones?

2 bike spaces in each set of 5, some of the services are made up of 2 sets

Not used the cycle spaces yet...

Trains are nice and quiet compared to the HSTs but the seats are hideously uncomfortable

The one I saw pulling in to Temple Meads last week was astonishingly noisy. I'll miss the HSTs when they go - they have a proper bike store for six bikes, not those stupid vertical coathanger type arrangements.

Are they like the 25 year old new ones they dumped on us 🙁

Class 166xxx

166200, 166204 and 166214

Noisy droning pieces of craps. Lived next to the railway for 50 years and this is the first time trains/locomotives have been a nuisance.

i thought the new 800 was much quieter than the older HSTs. When under electric prropulsion it gets even better
