The main pivot bolt has completely seized on my bike. I am trying to un-seize the threads, but I've ended up stripping the bolt head too. Any ideas how I can get it out please?

by this point my suggestion would be take it to a pro
Heat, shock, penetrating oil all help as does decent tools.

I'm with tj ... depending on the value of the frame... but either way I'd get a replacement bolt before you start

This happened to me. Snapped 2 massive allen keys trying to shift it. Drilled it out very carefully in the end
