There are no remains in there anymore. You can walk round a churchyard. However, as a concession I'd be happy if they fenced it off . As long as we could ride the other trails....

It needs to be pointed out that you can't create ROW through evidence of usage by cyclists. If you have evidence of usage by horses then that's a different matter - the chances are any permissive BWs can be converted to statutory ones if you have evidence of 20 years uncontested usage. The horseriders will doubtless be very glad to help (I've no doubt some of them have also met the new owner and are busy having a similar debate over at www.hoofprintworld.com) - the irony being that if he's more bothered about bikes than horses he's shooting himself in the foot by uniting them like this.
It's difficult knowing where these sensitive sites are , the OS maps quite often don't show them...trying to stop them being raided.
It was 17 riders the day they got a bollocking by Cranham corner.Maybe it always looks more on those CC rides as they are going so slow and easily seen 🙄

Someone told me I wasn't able to rid ethrough the woods the other week.
